Present living
To be focused on the now is the most pure and effortless forms of living. When focused on the present moment we rid ourselves to any illness or malfunction in the mind body & soul. The present moment is the one to be loved in because it’s the only one that exists. Check in with yourself everyday to make sure you’re living presently.
Living in the present moment means not thinking about tomorrow’s dinner or yesterday’s mistake. The one thing you’ll notice about those two are that they’re in past and future tense. We must learn to speak and take action in present tense. Saying “I love this movie I’m watching” or…
